Mindful Communication brings Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication process to life through the Buddhist practices of mindfulness, acceptance and compassion. In this weekend program of working with others, guided meditation and small group discussion you will learn what Mindful Communication is, how you apply it, and what happens when you do.
This experiential workshop is for everyone: you don't have to be Buddhist, skilled in Nonviolent Communication or have a meditation practice to learn how to experience the wisdom and compassion of mindful conversation in everyday life.
